- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very good customer service in person but they have a serious issue when it comes to their billing. I went there and got treated, was told I would pay $35 based on my insurance. Cool. No problems. Then about two months later I get some absurd bill for 135 dollars. I call them and they have the nerve to say that their was some sort of mix up. I couldn't believe it but whatever. So I tell them "If I pay this bill, will everything be good even though this is completely ridiculous". The lady on the phone, says YES that if I paid this then everything is good to go. Guess what I just got in the mail today? ANOTHER BILL. This time for 145 dollars. Is this an absolute joke? Very unprofessional to keep trying to scam money out of me. This is something that should have been told me to upfront. Then to say that if I pay a bill that I am good to go but send me another bill a month later. Unprofessional.July 06, 2017by Luis Salcedo
