- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It is with sincere regret that I feel I must write regarding the unprofessional and discourteous I had receiving from certain staff members at this office. The staff is lazy to verify the medical insurance covers and policy. The manager does not return the phone calls ever. May I suggest that particular employees be provided training on how to appropriately deal and take care of the patients with kindness. I would also like to add my heartfelt thanks to Doc.
