- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Such a terrible experience - this place doesn't even deserve one star. I got to their office a few minutes before closing because my one year old had a really bad cough which caused breathing discomfort. Everyone was extremely rude. The receptionist, Shaina/Sheila (don't know), lacked professionalism and sympathy. The doctor was completely clueless. He did a "thorough" exam and then said my child "probably" had an ear infection. I feel like I practically gave away money to this clinic for them to tell me what I already knew. They did absolutely nothing to assist or to make him feel better. This was my first time at the this location as I normally go to the one on John Young Pkwy, but it's a lot further and I thought I would give this location a try - never again!October 15, 2017by A Rodriguez
