- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible office! “The staff” totally unprofessional! Never returns a phone call or days later...not even my “specialist” back! This interfered with a follow up! I have to constantly phone in with no response to update my prescriptions!! I’ve never had to try so hard to contact my doctor and manage my medical Needs! Negative Attitude when they actually answer! The reception area, rude! Gotten worse since 3-2017! Very concerned about my privacy and medical records!!!! Thus, I transferred to a new doctor , let’s see if they send my info to my new doctor, as it took them several phone calls and 1 1/2 years to get my records from my previous doctor. Never told me they hadn’t gotten them either! This was my physician for over 2 years!!! Very unwelcoming atmosphere, I’m sure the physicians themselves-don’t even realize how terrible the staff really is!!! My doctor was a nice person , but dealt with his staff more so I have a terribly negative experience! I actually had to tell the reception to do their job!
