  Had an appointment, arrived on time, with paperwork in hand and completed. I waited in the waiting room for 1 hour, then explained to them that I had to get back to work, they said it wouldn't be much longer. I waited an additional 1/2 hour, then decided to leave. I wasn't irate, I simply asked them for my paperwork back and explained that I had to go. In my mind, I was a bit frustrated because I had an appointment yet waited 1 1/2 hours without my name being called. The front desk lady, spoke with the dentist "about me leaving", she returned, handed me my paperwork and that was that. The dentist didn't come out to apologize, nor did the front desk lady do so. It felt like I didn't matter. I would not recommend this place, as the customer service scores a ZERO. There facility looks old and very outdated. The loop has a great NEW facility called BRIGHT NOW DENTAL, I'm here now. So far so good. I'll post an update on there site this afternoon.
